Enriched Air/Nitrox Diver
Nitrox
Learn to use  Recreational Nitrox and understand its limits
Benefits   Longer bottom times and shorter surface intervals.
Pre-requisites   Open Water certification. Minimum Age is 12.
Required Equipment   Nitrox capable Personal Dive Computer (PDC).
Required Text   Enriched Air Crew-Pak w/DC Simulator Access Card & DVD
Duration   One 4 hour classroom session for the traditional course. When knowledge development is completed via the PADI Online Nitrox course, you will only need to participate in a pratical application session which lasts about an hour.
Location   The Dive Shop
(may be scheduled for a Group Trip).
Fees   $195 - includes knowledge development (either on-site at TDS or online), pratical application session, and certification card.
Course Notes  

We recommend this popular course for all divers. Simply put, for Nitrox provides longer bottom times and shorter surface intervals, and that means more time available for you to actually dive. In addition, many divers report feeling less fatigue and better gas consumption using Nitrox. This is especially valuable on a dive vacation, where you may be doing up to five dives a day.This is a classroom only program, no dives are required.
Both group and private classes are available. We also offer this course on many of our Group Trips.
