Naturally, we'd like for everyone to learn to snorkel and scuba dive, but there are some medical conditions that may limit a person's participation as a scuba diver. The scuba industry standards require that all candidates complete a brief medical history prior to participating in scuba training activities. A copy of the medical history is presented here for your review. If you respond YES to something listed on the medical history, you are not automatically eliminated from scuba activities, however, we will need your physician's authorization to participate before you can engage in any water activities.
