| Course Notes |
At every phase of a
dive, a diver must have control over her buoyancy. It is an essential
skill, yet we often see divers struggling to stay off the bottom, or
diving with way too much weight.
Proficiency with buoyancy will almost always result in better air
consumption, less fatigue after the dive, and simply a better dive all
around.
This course will help you select the right amount of weight, and
demonstrate how to achieve and maintain neutral buoyancy. We have a
special equipment rental
rate for this pool class. |
